Hey Alberta. I'm down in Calgary and am looking for a place to get the body detailed. Anyone have any suggestions or possible places to avoid.

The Car Guys Appearance Center (15016 Bannister Road SE) is a good place to go. I used to work with the owner at another shop many years ago.


I would avoid Mister Detail (also on Bannister Road SE). They are super expensive and did a rather **** poor job on our old Blazer the last time I didn't feel like doing it myself.

Hey Guys, I'm looking to join the fold and thought it'd be good to start here.
I'm likely going the 2.7 EcoBoost route but just wanted to hear from some locals how they enjoy their motor choice in our climate and elevation?
I don't ever tow and I drive about 70% city.

Going to pick up my new 2017 lariat tomorrow. Will try and post some pics. Screw. EB. 6.5 bed with max tow and HD payload. Can't wait.

Side note my old 2010 f150 xlt/xtr 5.4 v8 is for sale in Calgary on kijiji. Basically same spec as above. Just a not as much options as lariat.
