2012 XTR 5.0 3:55 Screw I yr old and small issue's starting - anyone else?

Very nice Rig..good pic!
nice and shiney!!It was good with the 34", but its even better now since they did the new TSB's on the trans its like a rocket off the line now, throttle response sure has changed, shifts fast and feels very tight and solid lagging all gone......
and no hesitation in reverse anymore......up dates were for the 2012 & 2013 I have new thread and posted it yesterday check my subscriptions....
its better then it was new......

hello we have a 2012 f 150 5.0 l xtr loaded and since purchased battery light comes on periodically ,there is a tick from the motor they say is normal ,the truck surges picking up speed periodically freaks us out last time shot a video and is on my sons phone brought to the dealer and they ran tests for a week and told me they wanted the rental returned ,When i explained the truck was racing off on its own they said bring it up with Ford not us wow .I am awaiting a call from Ford it has been over a week to discuss this issue .Good luck from Nova Scotia .

the surging mine only did it when cold....and up to 3rd gear....and trans lagged going into reverse
They did TSB and reprogramed it to a higher calibration, shifts better then new and smooth and fast and the throttle response is amazing with the 34" tires, no lagging when going into reverse goes right in....
I never had the surging when warm just a cold start and then it went away till the next cold start summer temps.....
My dealer was awesome and ford and CSM and F150 forum's help....
