Well Guys...seems some are very sensitive whether its a 5.0 or a Eco
so this is Just 5.0 Thread. Don't for get to add Lift & Tires Attachment 182271 Attachment 182273 2012 SCREW XLT-XTR Luxury, 145" 5.0 Im running BFG Rugged Terrian T/A LT M&S 275/65/20=34.1 - 3" leveling kit, 2.5" rear Block & Firestone air bags for Towing Whats your m.p.g running Empty or Towing stories... Ive done Various runs with my 5.0, Only having 2,400KM's on it as we speak. Ive tried going as softly on the pedal feathering it as i can and got 10.6, and then stayed with traffic getting 15-16.0 to passing going up to 19.0 to 23.0. Seeing as my truck has no miles on it its all over the map. So whats your Thoughts on Your 5.0 Grant |
Around town i get around 800 a tank, highway around 1200-1300 a tank.
15-18L/100km around town 11-13L/100km highway this is on a 2011 F150 fx4, completely stock |
my new 2014 5.0 4x4 3.55's reg cab with a 2inch lift but still stock tires shows an avg at 15L/100k on the one and only tank i've ran through it so far, around 625k and will need to fill up soon. have a leer 180 going on it and some 33inch cooper st maxx going on also. on hwy at 100kph 1st night i picked it up it showed an avg of 10L/100k, my driving has been to and from work mostly city with some hwy time but mostly stop and go. will post up some more results once things are put together and some km's on truck.

havent picked up my truck yet, but test driving it around town, i was getting 14l/100km, truck is an 11 5.0 xlt xtr crew 4x4 with 58,000km on it. should have it next week, and ill report back.

Just picked mine up 2014 5L. W/3.55. Supercab 4X4 127km drive home 13.5/100
