Yet another Lift/Tire Question

I apologize for posting yet another lift/tire combination thread, but I have a bit of a sticky, screwed up situation and am looking for some help.

I have a 2008 F-150 FX4 SuperCrew, with a 6" SkyJacker lift and 18X9 wheels.

I have currently 35X12.5 tires on the truck, and am experiencing rubbing ONLY when going over bumps at full lock left or right. It rubs on the outside of the front quarter panel.

Due to a big screwup by the company that installed the lift the tires are toast and need to be replaced. I'm looking at moving away from the 35X12.5 and going to a more "standard" size. I'm looking at going to 325/60R18, which I understand is a bit wider, however, it is over 1 inch shorter.

Logically speaking it looks like this would be a better fit for the truck and would work. Does anyone have experience with this size, or issues similar to mine?

Interesting No experience here, but is your issue maybe dealing with the backspacing of your rims?

A lot of people have just a 2"-2.5" leveling kit on stock rims (5.5 backspacing) and have no problems with rubbing.
