Default Is it worth it?

Hey all, i'm just asking for everyones opinion. I have an 05' SuperCrew with a 5.4. Currenty the truck has a K&N cold air intake, and a flowmaster catback exhaust i just installed. (3") Truck runs very good, but i'm curious to know if its "worth" it to install an Edge Programmer?? Truck has 128k

Thanks for your input

I would say yes, I have an 07 with 60k and it's a night and day difference between the stock tune and the programmer tune on my truck.

I'm very happy with my edge programmer I have 2 friends that have the edge evo on their 5.4l and it makes such a big difference at least for us ( we all have 35s and 37s) I can't imagine driving the truck without it.

id say yes regardless mileage, if u make the correct settings, you can take stress off your rig, and it also wakes up the 5.4l ALOT. i had high hopes for it and was still surprised. towing is now so smoooth with shifting and what not not to mention the added torque, extreme is insane pricy on gas though ha, and i havent really had it set on tranny so idk.

It would be worth it to get a custom programmable device to avoid running lean with the intake. So not the Edge, but yes it'd be worth it to get a programmer.
