I'm convinced the battery needs replaced. Only pushing 460 CCA and 4 years old, HOWEVER if the jump start would get it running you may also have other problems.

Try tapping on the starter with a small hammer to see if that helps? Also you can jump from the battery to the starter and eliminate everything in between. If you jump directly from the battery to the starter (take all safety precautions) and it still wont start then either the battery or the starter is bad.

Yep
reminds me of my 1970 Chevelle I had when I was a kid.
I started it with a bigazz screw driver

LOL I could be wrong but I believe the starter solenoid on these is on or in the starter itself so its not as easy as it used to be to jump the solenoid with a screwdriver. Sometimes I miss the older vehicles but then I just Bluetooth my downloaded no scratch or skip music through my stereo and turn on my heated seats and forget all about that LOL!

So while waiting for the tow truck i unloaded all cargo from the truck (items to deliver to a customer) and then with nothing to do but wait I tried again and the truck started up like a friggin champ!
started very fast, not like a sick battery or sick starter!

My bet is the at least 4 year old battery without enough CCA let in it.. the clicking you here on the passenger side is most likely the relay in the fuse panel . Replace your battery with a good quality one with at least 850 CCA clean and treat all the connections and you should be fine.. that is if you trust the starter was good on the recent install.

Maybe also check the FPDM? It causes some weird issues sometimes. Usually it will still crank but it does usually cause intermittent issues. Wouldn't hurt to check it anyways.

Let me chime in here please.
I would be suspect of a connection issue somewhere.
Check, clean and tighten all your main electrical connections at the battery and the starter. Follow the Ground off the battery and do the same for that one.
If you notice a loose connection anywhere that is likely the problem.
While I agree the battery CCA seems a little low, the symptoms do not point in that direction. You have an intermitent starting issue here so connections first to rule that in or out.
Next step is a starter solenoid. As noted earlier it is on the starter itself. The next time this happens, crawl under the truck and tap on the starter solenoid with a small metal object, hammer or wrench for instance. You will need someone to tur the key for you, unless you can convince someone else to crawl under the truck lol. If this works then you have a solenoid on the starter failing. I am not sure if you can buy just he solenoid easily.

x2 I think the battery is on its way out but if it was solely the battery then a jump would have worked. Connections first then look at other possibilities and be prepared to buy a new battery in the near future.
