If it does then you need to change your insurance company.

yup. My ins covered the logo as well. Full glass is only $4 extra a month and living in southern AZ we get rocks kicked up all the time on the roads. It has definitely paid for itself.

I work 2 miles from downtown NEW Orleans at glass co. Called Zinsel Glass. I'm just giving my .02 about what I know about windshields. I don't know how insurance works but I am familiar with prices for various vehicles.

Here in FL it's a 'no cost' item covered as part of the policy (comprehensive, I believe). But, there's no such thing as a free lunch, so you're still paying for it in your premium somewhere. Speaking of free lunch, there's a company running ads on TV here that, with FL comprehensive insurance, they'll replace your front glass AND give you two free steak dinners.

I need to get my windshield replaced once warm weather hits
I was wondering about getting a tinted strip at the top instead of the F150 logo
Rather have the tint for the sun

The glass without the logo has a built in strip of tint but I paid $30 for an 8" strip of Lemo. My eyes and the sun don't get along to well

My guess...something tough and fatty. As granddaddy always said, a cow's butthole is still beef! In all honesty, I believe it's their 6oz sirloin.
