Ok I have found the issue but have no idea how to fix it. It's the black ground wire that is preventing the windows form working at each passenger switch. So I spliced and reattached the black wire, I then covered it and the other wires with electrical tape, then I covered the whole bundle with electrical wire tape as well, then I pulled the rubber cover over the wire harness and attached it to the door and the body. Once I slide the rubber boot over the harness that's what seams to cause the problem.

I tested the windows with the wire harness and electrical tape only and they worked just fine with the drivers side door open and closed. Once I slide the rubber boot over the wire harness then the windows wont work with the drivers door closed, only when I open the driver door does the passenger windows work.

The problem is that I can't see inside the truck cab on the kick plate side there isn't room to see in there if the black wire has another tare. Could it be that my splice job sucks, lol?

Does anyone have any advise, please, it will be greatly appreciated, thanks and God bless?

How did you splice? Solder? Butt connector? The best connection is to solder the wires together and use heat shrink around the bare wires.

I had to use but connectors. The reason why is that there isn't much slack at all to solder them, my harness is tight and has no slack, I'm worried that if I solder them when I open the door too fat they would break off. Heck one of the wires if it ever breaks again I have no idea what I'm gonna do because there is like ZERO slack at all barely makes it with the door fully open.

But I totally agree with you solder and shrink wrap would of been the best. I have a feeling that because I had so many broken and had to use butt connectors that that area of the harness is much thicker and is causing me a problem when I slide the boot over it.
