Window lock on drivers door

I noticed last night when I was trying to find the window lock switch in the dark that the switch was not lit up.Does this switch have a light? The rest of the switchs are working. The truck is a 2007 XLT.

Are you referring to the switch which locks out passengers from rolling up/down their window? If so, that doesn't light up.

Yes that's the switch.I've never used the switch before but my son was with me and wanted to roll down his window the other night. He said the window wouldn't roll down so I was gonna check the switch just to see if I had hit it by mistake and couldn't see it in the dark.

I can confirm that this switch is unlit. Also, my dash light dimmer is unlit, is this normal? It doesn't really bother me now that I know the location of it, but the first time I went to look for it at night was a pain.
