Anyone with a 04-08 regular cab try to fit the MBRP catback on their truck? They offer a kit for 09-10 with 5.4s but I can't believe that the 04-08 kit wouldn't fit since you have to cut the midpipe to fit. Anyways I'll throw a pic up of the rig.

I have the XP series on my crew cab, and like you said, there is a section of pipe that you cut to fit.
I would send MBRP an email, with your info, and they will let you know for sure. I'm almost positive it will work, but I'd hate to see you order the wrong kit.
You'll be happy with it, when you get it on the truck. Install was simple, and it sounds great!
