Is this too much sag? (2.5 level)
The boat is just under 10,000 lbs.

Grab a set of airbags! Easy to install and makes towing less of a nail biter. You wont have as much sag in the rear that way which also makes our trucks look like beasts! What I usually do is measure the height from the ground to the hitch before hooking up the trailer, connect the trailer and match the height with my airbags to what it was without the load. Nice truck and boat BTW!

I don't think it's gonna work out for you. You should just let me take the boat off your hands, haha. The boat and truck are lookin good.

You will be fine. The reason it looks like the *** end of you truck is gonna fall off is because of the level. AAL or air bags if you are going to tow often. Air bags are best for the weekend trucker.

10,000lb boat maybe, but I'd be surprised if your tongue weight is much over 500-700lbs. Doesn't
Take much to drop the rear end of these trucks with stock springs. I've got an '04 lariat with the payload package and a level kit, and she starts dropping bad around 500lbs already. Adding a couple springs is super cheap and will fix that in a hurry. You loose a bit of ride comfort though.

http://www.equalizerhitch.com/

We used that with our 2010 5.0 we were towing out 25 foot Grady White with. ~10,000 pounds as well. Without the Equalizer the *** end sagged a little under 2 inches and after we got it the drop was only 3/8" to 1/2". Not to mention how much good the sway bars do, especially on bridges and things like that. That hitch also works with a surge brake like our trailer has, if yours happens to have one too.
