Default Will a chevy 6 lug fit a ford 6 lug?

Found an awsome fill on craigslist for some 20 inch rims with 33" tires. The only catch is that the wheels are Chevy 6 lug. The tires are nitto trail grapplers the look good as new. Even if the rims didn't fit would it still be worthy the 1000

Specifically I think ford is 6x135mm and chevy is 6 x139mm.

From what it looks like, it is just a wheel spacer which isn't a bad thing. I run 1.5" wheels spacers on mine and they run along just fine.
