if its 4x4 and you put a 3in spacer on it, it will clear, if its not 4x4 it wont

Default not necessarily

I have an 06 4x4 with the 3" kit and 35s, and they rub on the upper control arms when turned fully. It depends where your tires are rubbing on your truck. I have talked to a guy with the same truck and same tires I have, with the 2.5" kit, and he has the same issue. If you are rubbing on the control arms, there are two options: buy different rims with the correct backspacing and offset to avoid rubbing, or buy spacers to push you current rims out slightly further as to avoid rubbing. I'm sure the spacers are cheaper, so you might want to try that first. I dont have spacers on my truck because I need to keep the tires able to tuck under the fender. I hope this helps, good luck.

Your tires are probably rubbing the UCAs because of the width of your tire. And you are correct, different rims or spacers would fix this problem.

they recommend 33s max with a 3 inch thats with some cutting (thats what my local tire dealer told me) but i would say you could cram them under wits a saw time and patients...

The 04+ can fit 33s stock. 35s with a 2" Level as long as you get the backspacing correct and they aren't too wide.

I have the right backspacing and it doesn't rub on the uca's. it just rubs on the fender when turning
