Hongerstruck, Once in the real-time gauges long press on a open spot. It will ask you if you want to add a gauge. Then you pick which style gauge you want. Next it will give you all the options to pick from, scroll down to fuel rail pressure. It should be highlighted as one that gives data, bingo you should be set. Let me know what you come up with, thanks.

Well they ran a bunch of tests, it is losing fuel pressure like I saw on reader. Injectors all fine no misfires, they think it's a fuel pump but I don't think they are that sure. So really no nothing much more.

Did they or you yourself ever check the FPDM?

FPDM is less than a yr old but I suppose it could be bad. Is there a way to test them.

Only real way to test at home is to replace with a known good unit

The biggest problem with the FPDM is the case corroding away. That would be easy to tell and I believe the new ones have a spacer on them to keep them off the frame to help with the corroding issue. Does yours have the spacer? Either way I wouldn't think it would corrode that fast. Might be the fuel pump. Just trying to throw out less expensive and simpler options to check before you go in deep. I think Im out of ideas with everything that has already been cover here. I will be curious to see what your actual fix is when you do get it figured out.

The reason why I don't think it's the FPDM is because usually if they go out then the truck won't run. Mine runs great besides the start issue like I put in the video. Tech thinks it's the pump, and a little air is in the system after it sits and loses a little fuel pressure, so when I start it it coughs for a second due to the air.

Not true. More times then not, when the FPDM starts to fail, the truck will still run, just not very well. Now when it's completely gone, then it will not run.
