Default Whine occurs between 50-6-mph

I have been getting this high pitched low volume whine that only occurs between 50-60 MPH. I have been dealing with it for months. Doesn't matter if it's warm or cold out. Sudden changes of elevation cause the noise to go away, like going up hill. Other than the noise, the vehicle drives perfectly fine.

The noise is not RPM related, but speed related. If I drive 65 and let my foot off the gas, the noise will start once I get under 60 and stop below 50. I can not recreate the noise while parked.

Any suggestions?

Your rear end. When have you serviced the diff last? If you have a gear set with a high amount of teeth, say 4.56's you can get a slight whine as well.
