For warranty purposes, Ford states that one quart of oil per month or 1000 Miles is completely reasonable. Warranty is up at 36K, so if your using that much at 200K then your in good shape. Thats why maintenance is so crucial, some people dont even pop their hood until the car breaks down lol. Just keep an eye on it, as long as your not running with too little oil for too long then your ok.
