Default Wheel and Tire Help

New to the forum and just had a few questions.

I have a 2006 F150

I bought my truck with ULTRA wheels thunder 247/248 they were 22x10.
They also came with some cooper tires 305/40/22. They rubbed pretty bad, so i bought some stock tires and rims and have been using those for the winter. (selling these wheels if anyone is interested)

I am about to purchase some new wheels and tires and had a few questions. I plan on buying these wheels: MKW Offroad M83 Wheel with Satin Black Finish (17x9"/6x135mm) 10mm offset, 5.39 in backspace.

I want to put these tires on them: General Grabber AT2 Radial Tire - 265/70R17 115S

Will this work for my truck? I don't have a level on it yet but I could put one on. I also want the biggest tire possible without any rubbing. Also, will they stick out at all? I like the look, so I wouldn't mind if they did.

I am getting the wheels for $130 ea. and am getting the tires for $170 ea.
Is this a good price or should I keep shopping?

Thanks, sorry if these are dumb questions. I am just starting to get into doing modifications and have big plans for my truck!
