Do you need positive offset or negative offset to make them stick out and have no rubbing?

Are you leveled and 4wd? If so any of the wheels will work. The negative offset will stick out the most, around 2.5 inches. If you just want them to stick out a little, I would go with the positive offset. Both positive offsets will stick out more than stock but less than -12.

Keep in mind that all three of those wheels are different widths, so not a direct comparison. One is 8, another 8.5 and the third 9 inches wide. 295 will ft on any of them, just something to be aware of. I am running 315 on eight inch wide wheels without issue.
