Wheel and Tire Combo didn't fit!!!!
Well just got back from the tire shop. They mounted one of my wheels with the new tire and it doesn't clear. I have a 2.5" leveling kit but the tire does not clear the back side. Would have to trim metal which I refuse to do. The wheels look great on the truck just wished the bigger tire would have fit but that is how it goes. They had to order 275/70R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers instead (295's is what I had ordered). Time to start saving up for a suspension lift.

I put my 35" Nitto's on my truck before i put the body lift on. just had a 3" HBS level in it and they cleared no problem....Its all in the offset / back spacing when you have fitment issues.

I have 35's on my Truck with only a 2in level. I have slight rubbing on full lock left in reverse and that is it. I didn't worry about the rubbing because it only happened once when I was first installing them to test them out.

Its all in the backspacing and offset of the rim. I am running 35's on a 2.5 inch level kit. I have the stock rims. I am using a 1/4 wheel spacer to keep from rubbing. Tires with aggressive sidewalls tend to do that. A spacer may fix your problem
