Default Wheel spacers

I have a 2008 Ford F-150 that I will be lifting soon. I'm going to put fender flares on. So get the stance I want (without buying wider rims) I was going to get wheel spacers so the tires will line up with the flares. I have heard people say that they are ok. And people saying they are bad. If they are bad for my truck, then I won't do it, I will have to buy wider rims with negative offset. Condo anyone tell me why they are bad? Thanks.

Spacers r good as long as u don't put on cheaply designed spacers. Seen spacers put on trucks that don't leave a lot of stud left to put on the tires. Those are just accidents waiting to happen

Check out adaptitusa.com I got adapters for my car from them and they're hub centric and very high quality. It was a little over $200 for all 4. I haven't installed them yet but they seem like they'll hold up great

I ordered these. They are custom built to spec right here in the good ole USA. It took about 3 weeks to be built and shipped, but I think they'll be worth it.

I'm looking at them, they look pretty sturdy. Is rather them take time to be made then mess up my truck. Thanks guys.
