Just tinted my front windows (20%) and windshield (5%) with 3M colorshade (best) for less than $100 with precut pieces. What an awesome difference in outside looks and inside eye protection.
BTW, anybody install a Lund front cowl/wipers cover on the lower windshield? Pics? Link to what I'm talking about: http://www.jcwhitney.com/shadow-wipe.../p2001985.jcwx

Blueleader, where did you buy the 3M tint and how hard was it tinting it yourself?

I bought the tint on eBay from filmvantage precut and it's 3M brand Colorshade which is the best around. The install is all about patience and plenty of spraying soapy water. I won't kid you it can be tricky but I've installed before so experience is a plus. Be sure to rub gently on the tint so it doesn't stretch or you get bubbles and or a crease can form.

Is it best to take off the door panel when doing this?

How well does the tint match up to the factory tint? Any pics?

Installed cheap grille

Took stocker, reinforced it with some aluminum ( aftermarket one is heavy! Didn't want it to brake the plastic where is mounts)
Polished the clear off the grille so i can keep it chrome looking
Cut out honeycomb with cut off tool
Repainted with plastic paint, like 8 coats
Then assemble!

About 70 bucks total

What you guys think about the chrome surround? I am thinking making it black....?
