What's the coolest thing you have done to your truck for under $100?

Inductive or qi charging. Place cell phone here it charges. Probably going to cage this one out for one with 3 coils but this is just clean looking and COOL

Lights. On with dome/cargo lights, also magnetic switch in tailgate splices with driver side door. Drop tailgate, bcm thinks driver door open. On then stays on for 30 sec after close. Also dummy proof only on for what 5 10 min if left open?

What kind of bedliner do you have? Did you put it on yourself?

I did, it is a Herculiner. 1 gallon would have been enough except I got impatient with the side walls and they were gobbed on thick, and excess oozed down instead of doing 2 coats. There are some thin spots in the floor of the bed. 1 gallon and 1qt definately enough for 6.5' bed with plenty of coverage. Take your time. Plan on 2 coats for all side walls or it will run down while you THINK it is drying and pool up by the walls.

Like a whopping $5 ebay made in china qi charger took it apart. I am going to get a $10 with a tripple coil to expand coverage area. This works but I should have put it to one side since phone slides around some. Please note, the back of my Head Unit had a USB connection to supply the power to the board. Also add double sided adhesive for the board.
I say I should have put the coil to one side because I typically throw my work's proxy card up there too and that helps it not slide side to side. That's what I'll do when the slightly larger board comes in.

Thanks that's good to know. I really want Linex as that is what I've had in my previous trucks and love the stuff, but can't fork out the extra money for it right now. I'll have to give Herculiner a shot.

How rough/smooth is it?

You could always put down a light layer of rubberized plasti-dip or liquid black tape. It would act as an anti-slip mat of sorts.

I do as well, but you would have to spray a TON of coats to get it thick enough so it won't damage. It wouldn't be cost effective and take a ton of time to do. It'd get nicked up pretty easy, but as a non-slip idea it would work.
