Do you mean the cutout? It is an air dam..I have it on my 06 FX4. If you are talking about the black billet grille then like Blackbetty said, it is just any ol' black billet insert from ebay of the sort. I have it on mine but its blocked now from my bull bar. I got the main billet grille and the lower in a set from an ebay seller.

The lower Valance is located under your tow hooks, looks like you have an aftermarket one...

This is one I just found quick. This item is the lower grille only. I purchased mine from eBay 2 years ago upper/lower for $100.

Make sure you get the replacement grilles not the bolt over ones! The bolt over is cheesy because you can still see the old one behind it. It takes a little more time but the look is well worth it!

Thx for the grille info but the part I wish to obtain is the lower valance/ air dam / chin spoiler if I could get some help with that I'd appreciate it
