Post What exhaust to go with...Magnaflow?

Just curious what the best way to have my exhaust installed. Was hoping to go with Magnaflow duel tips out the rear sides. I keep hearing that I'll loose tourque if I do this, whats the deal here? I'm open to suggestions and appreciate any ideas. Personally I'm just looking for a low rumble and looks sharp
-Cheers

magnaflows are great for performance, flowmasters hurt performance but sound great, its all what you want, i have a summit kit that helped performance slightly and isnt overly loud but sounds good

I was thinking about getting flowmaster.s for my 5.4L. I have them on my mustang and they sound great. How could they possibly hurt performance?

Go with the Magnaflow dual exhaust. I've had mine since Jan 08.
With a Volant CAI,Edge Evo & Magnaflow catback dual exhaust I geta nice purr at idle and a throaty roar when I put my foot in it.I get 18-19 combined milage and 20+ highway(5.4 liter engine).

I've got true duals on mine and I love them!!! There's not a big difference in hp by running single or running duals so don't look for a HUGE difference. It all depends on whether or not you want the look of 2 stainless steel tips out the back or 1 stainless steel tip.

Check youtube for some clips. I can't tell you how many damn exhaust videos I've looked at trying to find the right muffler. Just remember than Chevy's and most any other vehicle are louder than our truck.

Your truck is true duals from the factory so why not run 2 mufflers to the tips with an h-pipe??
