How many of you guys experienced random or infrequent stop light stalling with your 500rpm idle???

I've had the issue clear up after a TB cleaning before, but not this time... I'm trying to gauge what would cause this issue on a clean TB... Everybody I know with a 3v has stalled at a stoplight or while turning at some point, then drove on without the issue reoccurring for a long time... My truck runs like a top yet I had this issue. The truck restarts fine and runs like the issue never happened... My raised idle cured it thus far, but if its not a tuning issue then my raised idle fix is nothing more then a Band-Aid...

04 5.4 with 105k idles 500 in gear. Has never stalled but I do have diesel sound. Wonder if the low rpms may have something to do with it. I know most will say can phasers but I've had noise for over 60k with no issues.

Never had it at a stop light but it has happened when I back into my driveway from time to time. When I put it into reverse and back in slowly while turning the wheel it has tried to stall. i assumed it was because of the tune on my superrchips programmer reducing the idle. I guess though after reading this it seems my 500 is normal.

My truck has never idled at 500 rpm. I have a 2004 F150 XLT with the 4.6L and around 147,500 miles. When cranked it idles around 1000-1200 and after warm it will idle around 750-800

my 05 5.4L idles at 500 dead even.... even after i had the throttle body cleaned. I had it cleaned just like "ESPECIAL86" said.. i would stall every once in a while or it felt like it wanted to stall coming to a stop.

Edit* 500 rpm dead even after reaching the operating temperature
