The thing is stout! Now, I just need to figure out if I can get a winch on there along with a light bar. You also get to keep your tow hooks with the guard. Only downfall to the guard is the approach angle will suffer due to the lower brackets. Other than that, I love it.... pain in the butt to install though.
If you have an 06+ it will bot right up. 04-05 you have to drill two holes for the front frame mounts. It's not too bad though.

Should have pics of most of it by tonight and posted by tomorrow!

Ran the level 2 tune and without adjustments it's a good improvement. Definitely about to send off for a custom tune

So far I like it. I have 209k miles on my truck and it's nice to see all of the data. I read somewhere of a guy who ran his tuner for 200k miles without issue. I'm going to send off to have a custom tune written. I think as long as you don't dog it out, you'll be fine. I also think that the only time tuners cause issues is when people who have no idea what they're doing, try to alter parameters. For the price I paid....I'm happy just to see data and read DTC's. I am using the level two canned tune and there is definitely an improvement. The truck shifts much sharper (doesn't feel like it's hunting around anymore) and there's a small pickup in power. Can't truly vouch for MPG, but the tuner says I'm gaining....soo....who knows.

Just put the new driveshaft in my 2004 XLT 4x4. The yoke is a little shorter than the factory original but the measurements of the u joint to u joint are correct as is the factory driveshaft part number match and still looks fine. In fact, it went in a little too easy if you know what I mean!
I did notice when I took out the original there was no grease in the slip yoke and after reading much online I greased the new one before putting together.
