I installed all new external door handles after someone poured something caustic on mine. Much improved.

Drove 6 hours, mixed driving, interstate, 2 lanes, mountainous terrain with a lot of elevation changes. Averaged 18.6 mpgs. Pretty happy with that.

That's exactly what I'm figuring is going to happen to me.

I'm figuring I'll install them and the amber 3157 Zevo leds I have now will be brighter and better.

Probably why we only paid $5.

I've read a lot of bad things about these Morimoto XB leds in the last couple days.

My 194s had hazy diffusers. So I took them apart and polished them up. Good as new but I have no where to put them!

Oh and not only are they dimmer than the acme, they dont match my led heads either whereas the acme did. Guess I will use them for an emergency.

Does anyone have a write up on how to fix the cruise not working with LED tails?

The best way to fix it is to buy new LED bulbs that have the resistor built into them. Have you tested the system with standard incandescent bulbs to make sure it works right with them installed? Just to be sure the LEDs are your problem?

I have LED tails which are the whole housing and everything. Cruise control would work very rarely, but would work sometimes which made me think it was something else. I hooked a trailer up and was doing some pulling and the cruise worked perfectly and 100% everything, and it made me realize it got the load from the trailer lights.

I would rather make my current lights work as they came with the truck, look great, and being a flare side, I havent come across any stock ones to buy.
