Installed Bluetooth
Can't seem to find any posts of anyone having done this, so here goes.
My 2008 doesn't have Bluetooth so instead of spending a bunch of money on a whole new stereo, I decided to find something that could possibly be added to the factory head unit for streaming music and making hands free call. After some trial and error I found a solution and about a month ago I installed a Himbox Bluetooth receiver.
After a few days of wires hanging out all over the place I decided to find a way to hide everything and make it more convenient. The Himbox has got wired aux and usb connectors so I installed a 12v plug with a usb adapter behind the dash using the stereo constant and a ground wire in one of the "dead" or "blank" harness plugs next to the center 12v outlet. I removed the aux from its mount in the top tray, relocated and secured it to part of the dash frame. I dremeled out the useless little coin holder and managed to get it to fit nice and snug with out needing to secure it with double sided tape or anything. The installation took about about an hour or so all together and it works like a charm. Connecting to the stereos constant is great because it automatically pairs to my phone when I start the truck and stays on with the radio until the door is opened after shutting it down. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The charger you see in the12v outlet came with the Himbox and now I just use it for my phone.
The Himbox was about $30 on Amazon and the 12v outlet was around $5. Hope this helps some of you guys out there looking for an alternative to a new head unit. Any questions let me know.
Sorry about the pic, couldn't get it right.

Fan upgrade
I did this
Lincoln MarkVIII 18" single speed fan. Volvo 2speed fan controller (thought I has a 2 speed one is enough). Whited so when A/C on fan on regardless of compressor state. Took tips from sign an to find trigger wires but did a relay to ground instead. Gained LOTS of space under the hood

Chive So Hard
What Did You Do To Your Truck Today?
Finally did the spark plugs. I think I hyped myself up a little too much because it wasn't that bad. I only broke one plug and thankfully it was not too hard to get to. If there is a few tips I can give anyone who is going to attempt it themselves, it is to have a strong grabbing tool handy, extensions and universal joints are your absolute best friend, and do it by hand very slowly. The only plug I broke was with a small impact driver.
