Exclamation Weird Problem!

So here is my problem I am having...
truck drives perfect in town but when you hit the highway it is fine at 100km/h but 110 and higher it has a wobble in the steering wheel, truck stays striaght just wobbles the wheel back and forth.. but not all the time! it is intermittent, sometimes it is fine but not too often at all.
Also dont know if it is the roads here but sometimes, again not all the time it will have a slight pull.. sometimes to the left and sometimes to the right, im thining just the un even roads here. Also when you hit the brakes it doesnt pull you anywhere, but the odd time it will slightly turn the wheel on you when braking.. I just got the wheels balanced they were out from 0.25 of an ounce to 1.00 so not huge but that didnt help anyway. I no longer have the 26's on either i went back to stock. Recently i put lowering shackles in the rear with 2.5* shims no driveshaft shake anymore. I also did the 2pc brake and hub conversion and torqued the spindle nuts to 295ft.lbs. The ball joints and tie rods seem to all be tight, the new wheel bearings have a slight movement in them i think if you grab the top and bottom of the wheel and very slighty push and pull them it moves just a little, like 1/8". The brakes are all new as well front and back rotors and pads.

I need some suggestions guys! Thanks in advance for the help.
Also do the bearings come pre packed of grease, maybe they dont have enough in them? not sure...

Just had that done minus the belt check as they didnt take them off the rims as i assume thats how you would check for a broken belt?
But if this helps it did it with brand new tires and rims aswell, the 26" ones i just took off did it too.

It's the tires. I had my last set balanced 3 times by Tire Kingdom (where I bought them) before they finally gave up and gave me another set. They said some tires are out of round, and no balancing can correct these. They could have shaved the tread to make them "round", but I refused, as that literally removes service off the tire.

so i dont needa rush, just gotta put up with this annoying shake. Weird how it did it with both sets. The 26's dont vibrate on the other vehicle they are on now :S

What "brand" are they? I have heard from other forums and friends that certain brand tires just don't want to balance. Some will run great up to about 60-65 MPH, then start shimmying the steering wheel. Others run at a higher speed before this happens.

Pirelli is a good brand of tire. Could there be a problem with the rim(s)? Maybe they are bent? It would have to be more than one since you mentioned you rotated them.

Has the front suspention been completely checked out for tie rod play? Ball joints?

I cant see them being bent, never have hit anything no no curb rash or marks on them to show being hit. And yeah i checked it all and looks and feels good except that 1/8" play i feel in maybe the wheel bearing.. Explained up top and kaltire checked it all aswell and said it was good.
