IWE? Can't tell from the video if you are moving when it does it, put it in 4wd and see if it does it.

OR

Jack it up and check that the IWEs works right.

Here is the video. Yes, Iam moving
It only does it in reverse and drive. also does it in 4H and 4L.

Sounds more like it happens when you rev up the rpms. Im on board with the timing problem. You're sure it doesn't happen when you rev it in neutral?

It doesn't do it in neutral or park.
The motor runs smooth either way, just the noise

Can you "feel" it at all, sounds like it may be a U joint that's dry or going bad. The fact it doesn't matter if your turning or not helps eliminate steering or wheel bearings. when my IWE relay/solenoid went it sounded like a stick rubbing in the ground. You could try soaking the U joints in lube spray and see if it changes.
