Default Weatherstripping adhesive

Can someone tell me what the best weatherstripping adhesive is? I am replacing several door strips and window, the stuff just has a ridge on the back and sits in a groove in the frame.

I think it is advisable to have an adhesive that is pliable removable on the event I have to do this again, but I have no idea...can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks -

"Gorilla snot" - 3M weatherstrip adhesive. It's yellow. It also comes in black but it's not the same IMO.

I have some black 3M stuff that I used to tack down some hard plastic trim to the roof drain rails on my wife's Tribute, and that stuff is evil, truly. I referred to it as Devil's spit in an online review, and I am not exaggerating...I think I probably still have some stuck to my hands years later. Hoping not to use that stuff (in like never, ever). If it gets on glass I can't see anything short of jet fuel and a diamond grinder that would get it off...

I second this one. Works great. And doesn't require nuclear waste to get it off of your hands!
