I agree and disagree with some if these comments. Give the guy a chance as he stated he will post pics and I am pretty sure as much heat you guys have given him he will surely post up pics.

It does sound a bit too much however I have watched trucks on spike tv and watched them put a cummings into a ford duley truck or other crazy stuff its just time and money. They had to reuse the dodge wiring harness for the engine and trany and use the instrument cluster from the dodge. Of course its not some thing you do over the weekend but it could be done. Which takes us back to the question if you got the skills or money to have this done then moving a dash would seem like child play.

They set a Ford body on the dodge chassis, not a Cummins in a ford chassis swap.

Holy ****....everyone became a 6.2 ***** in a short order!

Anyways, I have an '08 and '11, the '11 dash doesn't seem as deep as the '08, I'll grab some measurements if I remember in the AM. I'll get you pics as well, if you need them. I'd like to see the dash swap be completed.

It's not the fact that you are or are not a liar or a dreamer. It's the fact that this has all be said and asked before in about the same way. I've personally seen a guy ask for suggestions on stupid stuff after claiming to have swapped the 6.2. Yes it can be done with enough money and time. Anything can be done. You could use a 6 speed and the 6.2 but you would have to have stand alone controllers and harnesses built to mate them to your truck. For all we know you did it but none of your gauges work and the motor just takes you down the road or you grafted your body to the newer frame and drive train of a wrecked truck. Idk I will be interested to see pictures but won't hold my breath. I hoping you did it but it's hard to believe because in this day and age where every phone is a camera phone it's hard to believe you don't have them saved and bragging about it else where. Good luck I hope you did it.

I just can't figure out why it takes so long to take pictures? It's been two days since he said he would post pictures. I know people's lives are busy but if I had done that I would be driving it every day I think I could take a quick pic with my phone to put down all the haters.

Not only that I would be bragging about it non stop and keep pics in my wallet.
