Now that you post this, I somewhat remember that issue.. my solution was not to wire the dome lights as I could find no logical reason why. I'd miss the feature of then turning on and off when I unlocked our locked the car. So can't help you with the correct relay.

I would like to say thank you to "thisguyuknow" for this post. After I converted the 5704 wires to my 5706, this made my install in my 2005 F150 easy. I posted my install if anyone is interested.

I wanted to activate the 'dome light supervision' (viper -200ma) upon unlock of the truck using the viper remote, and as noted above, you can use a relay to trigger the energizing of the courtesy circuit to power the dome light. But, an easier solution I found was to ties the 'dome light supervision' viper circuit to any of the door ajar wires coming from the BCM ( the same wires you will be putting a diode on). This way the viper units sends the -200ma signal to the door ajar wire (indicating to the instrument cluster (which controls the curtesy lighting circuit for a - remote keyless entry truck) that a door is open). The issue I've had with this is you will get a 'door ajar' notice in your instrument cluster after a remote unlock even if your doors are shut, but if will go away after you start the truck or the default dome light supervision duration expires - about 30 seconds... So really not a big deal. Hope this helps anyone in the future.
