Default Vibration in rear left on accelleration

Guys,
I could use some help here trying to figure this out. Recently I've noticed that my 2006 Lariat 4x4 with 183K miles has a distinct vibration which seems to come from the left rear. It is very noticeable when I'm making a left turn from a stop and get on the gas a bit. I don't feel it straight and level or on right turns. Only from a dead stop making a left turn.

I haven't looked at it yet and right now I'm thinking that the first thing to do would be to raise the rear and feel for wheel wobble from the bearings.

Anyone have any ideas? The differential fluid was changed about 3 years ago. Tia.

Parking brake shoes rubbing in the rotor maybe? Also check tire condition... Possible a belt may be starting to separate? Have the balance checked.
