Durango Bull Bar on F150?

Hey guys i might be getting a bull bar from a buddy its from a Durango not sure what year somewhere between a 04-07 though anyway, will this bull bar fit on my 05 f150???????

If I'm not mistaken a Durango bar is classified as a small truck bar. Ie a ranger. I'm sure you can make it fit, it just may not look as a normal one would
