vibration?

vibration?
i got a annoying vibration coming from the center console when i slow down or hit bumps i think its the ashtray cause when i open it it stops is there anyway to fix that ?

I have an 06 FX4 and it was doing the same thing. I took apart the ashtray area (quite easy) and greased the gears that the ashtray rides on. This helped for about a year, now it is starting again.
