Default Vibrating in the steering column

I have a 2006 f150 XLT... When I am going between 45-50 and turning slightly left, I get this rattling/vibrating coming from the steering column. Only while turning left, I kid you not. Does anyone else have this problem or know how I could stop it from making so much noise?

I got my tires rotated, balanced, and aligned this weekend and the vibration is still there. It sounds like it's right behind the speedometer but I obviously can't look underneath while I'm driving.
