Vehicle wrap (graphics) II

PS: I guess I missed out on the first thread, or at least the ending. Hey, forum member that asked me that question in the previous thread, who also has a license plate for an avatar (sorry, I don't recall your name), were you able to see my reply before it was closed?

Haha. I do that (or, I guess I should say, don't do that), because I don't want people feeling I am posting pictures of my truck to brag, or show off, so unless there is a request for pictures then I simply stay, "undercover."

Since you're nice...
Everything on the wrap, design-wise is legal. If the design/logo is copyrighted then there is a copyrighted logo near it (example, ®). In fact, look closely in some of the pictures of my wrap, and you can even see that/those small logos. A great example is on the hood. Look at the giant Notre Dame seal, and what is under it to the right (). Now, on any other design that does not have that copyrighted logo near it, that means the design was altered to the extent that it is a "legal" design, so Notre Dame can't come at me, so to speak. This, for example, can be seen on the leprechaun in my design. That portion of the design was changed, which means the leprechaun had something deleted, or added to change it from what it normally looks like. Now, I couldn't tell you exactly what was, because the desinger made the changes, but that is what I can explain to you. I also was told by the designer that if the imagine/logo/design is going to be altered it must be done so by at least 25%. Now that is only what I was told, and who knows what the exact specifications are. Hopefully that helps out some. I forgot the exact post, but I think this one sums it up nicely.
