That's because it is unimportant. Essentially it should be the same as at engine vacuum.
What you need to know is:
1. Will both IWEs hold vacuum. Use a pump and leave it, should hold the pressure with no drop.
2. Test just below the solenoid, does the system hold pressure.
If both of these check out you are good in the system, save for the solenoid itself.

Vacuum varies.. engine idle produces the greatest amount of vacuum vice at 65 MPH
