Default Urgent brakes!!!

Just did my brakes about 2 weeks ago everything went fine until a caliper bolt on front right backed out. Replaced the bolt and now right front speed sensor is bad and I literally have no brakes. Fluid is topped off pads are new and I'm baffled. Any ideas???

Stupid question but what exactly does the speed sensor do and how does it apply to the brakes?

Bleed brakes after it was done yes. Thought air myself so decided to bleed brakes again and broke the front left bleeder valve. Don't ask me how but its broke. Now I need to try and extract the threaded part and get a new one. Now when replacing the wheel speed sensor can I do just the bad one or do I need to do both at the same time? Never had these types of problems before and it is starting to get very frustrating.

No as stated previously the wheel speed sensor is strictly for abs, it is butted up to a toner ring and sends an electrical signal to a computer, u will need to replace it but its not going to fix your no brakes issue. Being that the bleeder broke, I would think that it was seized in the caliper and the caliper is probably original. It is possible that the pistons in the caliper are seized, what does your pedal feel like? Does it go to the floor or what?

mmm broken bleeder screws...

Its an M10-1.0...You will need to bleed your brakes again. Make sure if you remove it the mating surface for the crush washer is clean. Also, do all 4 corners...

'tis nasty.
