Best way to sand blast them then powder coat? The cheaper the better. Funny thing is that the bars appear to be for an extra cab and not a supercrew. So not sure if I want to trade for black or just paint mine. Ideas?

hmmm, not the same thing but you could always plasti dip them then paint over it with a gloss black paint. I did this with my bumpers and its holds up well. (Although im not stepping on them)

You can see it peeling a little where I step. Other than that it works great. 10$ or so got a can of plasti dip. Get 2

You would spray the bed liner over the plasti dip? A local Line X dealer said $100 per bar to spray. Wonder if I did the plasti dip and then went over it with the spray can type bed liner if it would work.

Scuff them up and use self etching primer then coat with gloss black paint. Sandblasting them will be a pain.

I sold mine and bought black. Less of a headache. I got more for my factory chrome one's anyways
