Default Tuned the F150 today

I did a full tune up on the F150 today that included Autolite XP104 spark plugs, new PVC valve, fuel filter, removed and cleaned the throtle body, cleaned the MAF, cleaned the K&N air filter and the truck now move's like a bat outta hell. I put the XP104's in my Marauder a week ago with excellent results and decided to use them in the truck as well. BTW I got the plugs from RockAuto for $4.66 ea with a $2.00 rebate so that's a deal for an Iridium plug.

It's probably a dumb question.... I have to ask it. I did search and saw one thread that touched on it. But I would like to get more solidified answer. Is the dreaded spark plug change only affecting the 3V 5.4s? I have a 4.6L myself. Thank you in advance.

Man, I just bought new plugs for my truck and right after I popped the hood I came inside to check and make sure nobody had had problems with the 4.6L. So, you're not alone.

How many miles where on your truck when you did this tune up? I'm at about 32k and haven't done any of those things yet... Would it be worthwhile for me to look into doing them?

My Screw has 47,000mi. I turn my own wrenches so I just like to stay on top of things so it was prolly premature but i'm going at it from a preventative measure. It was well worth the effort!
