Default Trying to identify hot and ground on the parking lights

I'm trying to wire the LED's on my grille into the parking lights but my voltage tester and multimeter aren't picking anything up in order to determine which wire is hot. I have a black, brown, and green/white. Anyone know which is which?

Black is always ground on a DC system. The brown and green/white are both hot wires. You need to figure out which one is the parking lamp, and which one does the turn signal, which I assume you want the LEDs turn on when the parking lamp lights turn on.
