Yeah it's not even trying to turn over when you turn the key.when I bought it I only got one key with it.

Start simple; clean the terminals thoroughly, and get the battery tested. Sometimes a completely dead battery can't be jumped no matter what.

Are you sure the truck is fully in Park? I had something similar with my wife's expy... interior lights would come on but otherwise dead... couldn't jump it, etc... finally noticed it wasn't fully in Park...

Yes sir, I checked it to make sure it was in park and even tried it in neutral and still dead as a nail.if the battery was dead all the inside and cluster lights wouldn't come on would they? All that still works just the engine won't turn over when you try.

Sorry, I don't any other ideas besides making sure all the connections are clean. I have seen vehicles need a battery even though the interior lights would come on.

I was going to suggest the old banging on the starter with a hammer while someone else turns the key but I realized that you would hear the solenoid click (still could try it) Turn the radio and the heater fan off and listen for the fuel pump coming on

I can hear the fuel pump prime up.but usually a bad pump would still allow the engine to turn over I'd think.

Is there a starter relay on these trucks now or did they do away with it in the past?
