Default Truck won't start

I'm turning ignition on and all the light are there as usual, i can hear the fuel pump too, so it's not the fuel module.
When i turn the key to start i only hear a click and the starter does nothing.
Any ideas ?
Please help
Thanks

Well the only thing after the relay is the starter itself. If you have a click, you got that far. See if you can determine if there is a solenoid test you can do so you can determine if you are hearing the click of the relay or the click of the solenoid.

The battery is only 2 years old.
I've just unplug my battery cables and after i've put them back, i got nothing... not even the click that I used to have. The head light are strong as usual and they don't loose any brightness when I tried to start the truck.
I'll try to tap on the starter and jump the selenoid to see if they're is anything that goes down there.

There is a small ground wire going to the starter that can easily corrode off. Relay clicks in, sends power, no ground, no complete circuit, no start.

When I've turn my key in the ignition, it was making a spark on the solenoid, so I figured out that my starter was seized.
I took off my starter and bring it to the shop to have it rebuilt. I've put it back in yesterday and it works like a new truck !

Thanks for all your feedback !
