I've had the same problem since having my rear axle rebuilt. Front suspension and steering has also been completely rebuilt. New tires, balanced multiple times, and the out-of-balance wheel feeling still happens. I think it might be a parking brake hanging. I had the parking brake and rear service brake surfaces turned. The problem persists. It didn't exist before the axle rebuild, during which all bearings and seals were replaced with Timken parts and I had a TruTrac installed. If it's not the parking brake, I have no idea what it could be.

Its just odd I get up to 75 on the highway and it's pretty smooth. Also it gets even worse depending on road conditions as well. A smooth road it will still shake and a tougher patch of road it really gets to shaking.

How much lead is on your wheels after you had them balanced?

I was going suggest making sure you dont have chunks of mud on the inside of the rim, and rotate your tires. Just a suggestion

this got me thinking. i have a similar problem as op, and mine started after my transmission rebuild. aren't most drive shaft marked for balance as they should only be installed one way?

These ones aren't. They're not keyed at all. I thought that too but when I took mine to driveline shop to get balanced, I asked if it had to get put back on a certain way and they said no, balanced is balanced, which made sense. Since then I've taken it off and put it back on a few times and I'm certain it was never put on the same way it came off but it's still smooth riding.

Default Try lower ball joints

When I got the truck it came with 20 in eagle alloys and a leveling kit. I had the tires balanced and that seemed to help for about a week for so. At about 50 mph I can see my drivers side bed start to shake and it builds up and at 60 it's shakes pretty good I can feel it in the seat on the floor and in the steering wheel. I did notice once I aired my tires back to the same psi on all 4 it seemed to help it I don't know if it's just me or what but the truck is smooth at 75 but with weather conditions people are going 55 to 60 and im just here with my truck shaking down the road. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Mine did exactly the same thing. Tried new wheels and tires to no avail.. what I found was the lower ball joints in these trucks from the factory are weak. I replaced them with a set from ebay lifetime warranty for 21.00 shipped ... no more shakes ...
