Was covered in salt for the past couple weeks so I cleaned it

Looks Great. Had to do mine today as well. Right after I changed out my driver side outer tie rod end. Figured 45 degrees was warm enough. Every time I see your truck posted it reminds me of when I got mine.

They lock in place when I flip them up

Mine stay up by themselves.... If im not mistaken they lock in place where you have to squeeze the latch to get them back down.. Pretty sure but not 100% without going outside to try it...

Mine have a lever on the side when they go up they lock in place like he said.. ^^
