Even with a badass warranty, it isn't worth the downtime by having a misfiring engine.
Thanks! Yeah the springs look like something from a childs toy.

Hey blown I have a question for you and needhelp. I am having coil problems again. I have pulled my granatelli cops off of my 2001 4.6 and took the wire and put them on my 2007 5.4 coils to try and mimick the upgrade. Do you know how long the wire is? I'm trying to see if mine are long enough. Thanks

I've never measured. But for reference the wire should be about 3/8-1/2" from the boot end if memory serves me correctly.

Yea that's correct and I checked fitment first with out the boot. Now I got them installed all with dialectic grease drove it and about 3 miles down the road it started to misfire and i am getting a cylinder 1 & 8 misfire. Just don't know if maybe my boots are all bad but they don't look cracked or if I need to change coils. My truck has 92miles

Easy test would be to swap coils around. Switch number 1 and number 2 with each other along with 7 and 8. Test drive. If you get misses on cylinders 2 and 7 next time out then you know you have bad coils. If it stays on 1 and 8 you have bad plugs.

Do you think I should adjust the gap on my plugs bigger?

No I would keep them at the factory setting for now. At least until you get the issue resolved. That way you don't add any more possibilities. Once it's all worked out I'm sure you could without issue.
