transmission problems, no pull forward, but reverse
Hi there,
i am a guy from Germany who is proud to own a 2007 F150 5.4 automatic 4x4.
Just on Christmas eve i realized a serious problem.
While driving on an icy road it seems that my wheels has been slipping, so i went in 4x4 low and drove it at slow speed (max. 25 miles per hour).
Then after i arrived back home, i realized that the truck is able to move in reverse without any problem, but i have almost no pulling forward. It will move very slow with ideling on high rpms but just on even terrain.
The truck has now 86.000 miles and the fluid level is ok.
I just baught this truck some weeks ago and have no idea about service and maintenance done on it.
Does anybody have an idea what can cause this problem?
Hope to find answers here.
