Default Transmission band adjustment

Just did a search of the site for transmission band adjustment and had no matches come up, what I was wondering is wether there is an adjustment for the bands on a 2005 4x4 screw, my tranny started to slip a couple of days ago and I'm wondering which direction to take, if there's no adjustment I'm thinking of having the trans. flushed and having some lucas no slip put in when they refill it, (during the search I found some folk don't agree with a flush)
Just want to add that $2000+ for a rebuild is not in my budget right now unless absolutely necessary
Any advice would be greatful.

No way I know of to adjust bands. However, my tuner changes the shift points and "firmness" of the shifts, which is what I think your after.

However, if your transmission is acting up (loose or slipping), a tuner will not fix that.
